Payment Policy
The studio
offers a monthly payment plan for our dance program. Tuition is due the first class of each month. Upon registration we required
the account be paid ahead for one month. There is a discount for those paying for the season in full at the time of registration.
We offer family plans, and multiple class plans as well. Scholarships, and tuition assistance may be available.
Other
programs, events, or specialty classes have different payment arrangements, these are outlined at the time of registration
for that program.
Students may not attend class if tuition is two or more weeks late. All accounts must be
paid in full to return to class. A late fee will be added.
Registration
The regular dance program begins
in September with registration due by August first. We encourage students to enroll early as we cannot hold space for anyone
who is not registered. Classes for this division run until June.
Open registration classes can be started at anytime.
At time of registration each student is required to fill out emergency contact, health, and parental consent forms
(if the attending is a minor). These are required by law.
Attendance
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time, unless it is a walk in class. There is no refund given
for a missed class except for extended illness/ injury with a doctor's excuse. If scheduling permits a student may attend
another class for makeup. Makeup classes must be completed within two weeks of date of absence. Makeup classes may not be
used for unexcused absences, vacation, school trips, sports, etc.
Attire
Students
enrolled in our dance programs are required to wear specific dance attire, the correct attire regarding our classes
can be found on the student information page, or at the Curtain Call for Class website. If a student is not properly dressed
they may be asked to observe for that lesson.
Performance
Our regular dance program has a recital at the end of every
dance year. The recital is an optional performance to all students. The Academy participates in benefits, competitions, and
demonstrative performances throughout the regular year. We book talent for events, etc. that does not mean that students are
guaranteed work through the academy.
No personal video or photography is permitted during classes.
A
professional photography service is hired for the recital. The student is able to purchase the dvd.
